Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial that includes every module – Rate Shopper too – no credit card required. When the trial ends, you pick the plan that fits and enter payment details. If you don't, your account simply pauses; nothing is charged.

Everything the module does. Only a handful of actions carry a real processing cost, and those come with a yearly allowance per property: 5,000 reviews of history, 10 AI menu imports and 10 AI menu translations. Keeping your reviews up to date afterwards is unlimited – the allowance covers only the history we collect when you first connect a channel. Allowances are pooled across your properties, so 3 properties share 15,000 reviews of history and 30 menu imports between them.

Buy exactly what you ran out of, when you run out of it: €5 for 1 AI menu import, €3 for 1 AI menu translation, €20 for 5 AI menu imports, €12 for 5 AI menu translations, €15 for 1 competition refresh, €5 for 5 date inspections, €32 for 40 date inspections, €70 for 100 date inspections, €10 for 2,500 reviews of history, €30 for 10,000 reviews of history. Add-ons never expire, and they're only used once your included allowance is gone. Nothing is ever charged automatically – you decide.

Only if you want to track competitors. It's €10 per property, per month (or €100 per year) on top of any plan that includes the Reviews Report: up to 5 competitors across your account, benchmarked next to your own ratings, with 4 competition refreshes per property a year – one per quarter. A refresh pulls fresh reviews for all your competitors at once; the AI comparison itself is unlimited. It can't be bought on its own, because it compares competitors against your own review data.

Rate Shopper is a standalone module: €24 per property, per month (or €240 per year), bought on its own or added to any plan – no other module required. You switch it on per property and pay only for the properties you track. Each one gets its own compset of up to 10 competitors – matched on property type, unit size, guest score, class, distance and facilities, not just location – with nightly Booking.com prices up to 180 days ahead, alerts and the weekly AI rate report. You pay per property (hotel, restaurant, location) per month. Three restaurants on the Complete plan = 3 × €42. Every property gets its own channels, reports, QR codes and menus, all managed from one account.

Yes – upgrade, downgrade, add or remove modules and properties at any time. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed securely by Stripe – we never see or store your card details. Prefer an invoice? You can also pay by bank transfer against a regular invoice we issue.

Prices are final and no VAT is added. Qupola is operated by PARAD, which is not registered in the VAT system, so VAT is not charged pursuant to Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act (small-business exemption).
