How much is the commission?
Referral partners earn a recurring percentage of every payment made by clients they bring, for as long as those clients stay subscribed. Agency partners get preferential terms across all the properties they manage. Exact rates are agreed in the partner agreement during onboarding – contact us and we'll send you the current terms.
Does it cost anything to become a partner?
No. The partner program is free to join. You need nothing beyond clients or an audience in hospitality – we provide the demo account, materials and support.
Who bills the client?
In the referral model, Qupola bills the client directly and pays you your commission. In the agency model, you can manage your clients' properties under your own account and consolidate billing on your side – whichever fits your business.
Can I combine both models?
Yes. Many partners refer some clients directly and manage others hands-on. Your commission follows the model used for each client.
Do my clients get anything extra?
