How does the Review Booster work?
Guests scan a QR code or open a short link and rate their experience in one tap. Guests with a great experience are guided to your public review page on Google, TripAdvisor or Facebook; guests with a poor experience are offered a private feedback form so you can resolve the issue directly.
Which platforms can guests leave reviews on?
Google (with the guest's own Google account), TripAdvisor and Facebook – the platforms that offer a public review page a guest can be sent to. Booking.com works differently: it has no public review link and invites guests itself through post-stay questionnaires, so no tool can route guests there. Booster focuses on the platforms where a well-timed nudge actually works.
Is this allowed by Google and other platforms?
