How does Review Booster work?
Guests scan a QR code or open a short link and land on your branded review page. From there they can leave a review on Google, TripAdvisor or Facebook – whichever platforms you choose to show – or send you private feedback through a short form, so you can resolve any issue directly.
Which platforms can guests leave reviews on?
Google (with the guest's own Google account), TripAdvisor and Facebook – the platforms that offer a public review page a guest can be sent to. Booking.com works differently: it has no public review link and invites guests itself through post-stay questionnaires, so no tool can send guests there. Booster focuses on the platforms where a well-timed nudge actually works.
Does Qupola write or buy reviews?
